A Quarterly Time Series Data Set

This data set is reproduced in Gujarati [1995, Table 12.6, p.434] and is used in the article by Gujarati, "The Relation between Help-Wanted Index and the Unemployment Rate: A Statistical Analysis, 1962-1967", The Quarterly Review of Economics and Business, Vol. 8, 1968, pp.67-73.

The variables in the data set are:

1. Year and quarter
2. Help Wanted Index (1957-1959 = 100)
3. Unemployment Rate (%)
