To purchase the latest version of SHAZAM please visit the SHAZAM Store or contact one of our Partners. All SHAZAM software distribution is by digital download and comes with a free copy of the SHAZAM Users Reference Manual. You may also order a Backup CD if you wish. If you purchased SHAZAM after March 2010 all you need to do is run the setup program with Local Administrator privileges because your license information is embedded in your personal installation package by the SHAZAM Licensing and Packaging Services when your download was created on the SHAZAM Store. Consequently, no unlock code is required and installation is generally troublefree. If SHAZAM was supplied to you prior to April 2010 and you experience trouble installing or when entering your license information, or you would simply prefer to now use a prelicensed downloadable copy of the latest updated version of SHAZAM, then please register on the SHAZAM Store and contact us citing your license information so that we can arrange for a replacement copy to be issued to you for download from the SHAZAM Store. If you experience trouble with your CD and do not wish to use the download version then you may need to uninstall and reinstall SHAZAM in cases when the entering of Registration information did not work the first time.

To use the Professional Edition, you will be required to purchase a Professional Edition License. To purchase a Professional Edition License, please visit the SHAZAM Store.
