Patch programs are available for Version 10 and Version 9. The patch programs will work with both SHAZAM Standard Edition and SHAZAM Professional Edition.

As a general rule, a backup of the SHAZAM directory should be made before doing any updates.

Users with a SHAZAM Version 10 license can obtain an updated Version 10 SHAZAM.

If you have not already installed Service Pack 1 for the Professional Edition then you can get it here.

SHAZAM Pro users must install Service Pack 1 before doing any further updates. SHAZAM Standard Edition Users should not install Service Pack 1 and just proceed to the update program.
You can get the latest SHAZAM update by downloading the SHAZUP10.EXE program and run it to update Version 10.

Latest Version 10 Revision date: January 2009

Do not update unless your SHAZAM Version 10 is older than the above revision date. If your web browser will not download EXE files then try the zipped version SHAZUP10.ZIP

Users with a SHAZAM Version 9 license can obtain an updated Version 9 SHAZAM.

N.B Version 9 users will not be able to download Version 10 updates.
This can be ordered with the SHAZAM Order Form.

Final Version 9 Revision date: DEC 2003

The SHAZUPW.EXE program can be downloaded and used to update Version 9.
If your web browser will not download EXE files then try the zipped version SHAZUPW.ZIP
